Recycling Programs

AT YOUR OFFICE. . .

Where do I put my office paper?

Start by designating an area around your desk to put a paper recycling container. Depending on your program you may be separating your white paper from all the other paper, or you may be placing all your paper in one container. When your recycling container becomes full your office may have a large central container to put your sorted recyclable paper in, or you may have to bring it to a large storage bin located outside your building. All programs differ slightly depending on the space available. For your new recycling program to be successful, it is critical to educate your employees on the program to get maximum participation. Select a Recycling Coordinator so that he/she can monitor your program and provide feedback to the employees.
Start an office recycling program and see how you will beable to adjust your waste hauling cost and save money.
